New customers will need to contact the customer service centre on 0800 REFUEL (733 835) or email email@example.com
to setup access to StarCard Online.
- Is 'User ID' case sensitive?
No, the User ID is not case sensitive. This means that lowercase letters are the same as uppercase letters. For example, 'smith' is the same as 'SMITH'.
- Is 'Password' case sensitive?
Yes, the password is case sensitive. This means that lowercase letters are different from uppercase letters. For example, 'smith' is different from 'SMITH'.
- Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot password' link. Enter your User ID and press the 'Send' button.
A message will indicate that an email will be sent to the email address associated to your User ID. When you receive your password reset email,
select the link in the email. This link will direct you to the Password reset page. Create and confirm your new password and select ‘Reset Password'.
You can now log into the StarCard online landing page.
- I've tried many times to log in but I can't. What do I do now?
After 5 unsuccessful log-in attempts, you won't be able to access the site, even with the correct User ID and Password.
You will need to contact the Customer Service Centre by phone: 0800 REFUEL (733 835) or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
to resolve this issue.
